We currently deliver to selected areas within the city. Use our ZIP code checker to verify if we deliver to your location. If your area is not covered, we are continuously expanding our service zones.

2. Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 30-45 minutes of order confirmation. During peak hours, weekends, or adverse weather conditions, delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order value. Free delivery is available for orders above INR 500 within a 5km radius. For orders beyond this radius, additional delivery charges may apply, which will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your order's status in real time. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team.

5. Undeliverable Orders

If our delivery personnel are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to complete the delivery, your order may be canceled, and refund policies will apply accordingly.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, extreme weather, or high order volumes. We will notify you in case of significant delays.
