Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Since we cater to perishable goods such as food, items cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a refund, you must send at least three pictures of the item highlighting the issues, a description, along with order and payment details.
To complete your refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return details are received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received all the necessary details. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
